Peter Phillips and Mickey Huff, along with Nolan Higdon, also contributed to the volume with a chapter entitled: Ukraine Another Step in Capitalism's Global Dominance: Strategies and Power Inside the Transnational Corporate Class and US-NATO Global Empire.
