We will start with a brief interview with David Barsamian who is traveling in the Northern California area this week discussing his new book with Richard Wolff: Occupy the Economy. Then we will then address Human rights and Social justice for Cuba with a team of activist—scholars from the San Jose Peace Center: Karen Lee Wald, Roger Harris and Sharat G. Lin. At the bottom of the hour, Project Censored student intern Kimberly Soeiro talks about the most recent stories being researched regareding Cuba as part Project Censored’s Validated Independent News. For the second half of the show we will continue with our discussion on Cuba and finish up with a quick report from Michael Leviten with Occupy.org on the first anniversary events for the Occupy Movement next week.
